Community Center Rental

 The community room is adjacent to the kitchen and includes (3) 6’ round tables and 36 white chairs. Kitchen amenities include tea and other drink dispensers, coffee pots, microwave, refrigerator, chest freezer and serving windows. Additional café seating available in the adjacent hallway. The hallway is wide enough to accommodate a buffet line 

 The gymnasium is perfect for concerts, church events, sporting events and conventions. The original maple floor is 50’ x 84’ with bleacher seating for 500 people. The 22’ x 11’ kitchen area with serving windows to both the foyer and community room is perfect for concessions or meal prep for that special event.

• Hourly: $30 / hour – minimum 2 hours; Deposit: $130 ($30 non-refundable cleaning deposit) 
• Full Day: $290 for 8am – 10pm; Deposit: $140 ($40 non-refundable cleaning deposit) 

Gymnasium Only

•  Hourly: $50 / hour – minimum 2 hours $50 deposit + $10 cleaning deposit for each 2 hour rental slot.
  • Rental times available 8am-10am, 10am-12am, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm. Must be rented in 2 hour increments.
• Full Day: $600 + $200 deposit ($100 non-refundable cleaning fee)  

 Holidays Include: Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Easter

•  9-3pm $160 + $140 deposit ($40 non-refundable cleaning fee)

•  9-3pm $450 + $200 deposit($100 non-refundable cleaning fee)
